It is not bad, It works well but is expensive. If you are going for warmth, save your money and buy something cheaper. If you want looks, go for it. :-)

I love the snugpak softie shirts. Keep you warm down below freezing on its own and you can throw on a coat over the top. Weighs very little too and will do you better than the dpm fleece. Itches less too.

i got one.
for a few years now works great with a smock or gore-tex jacket.
it is a great dynamic work jacket.
when i'm static i use a Ebony jacket from snug pack.
