SAKOTW 30 Dec 07 - 5 Jan 08 - HISPEED1

This week's Situational Awareness Knob of the week is Hispeed1 (http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/showpost.php?p=2951986&postcount=20) for making several stupid comments in the Bullpups topic, making himself look stupid, and then editing them out 5 hours ago, long after he had originally posted. If that's not lacking situational awareness, I really don't know what is!

If you were more situationally aware, you would notice that the SAKOTW award is made in retrospect, i.e. I award it for actions during the past week and the awardee hold it for the week covered in the date period.

Hawkeye4077 gets himself shortlisted for the next award.

Maybe my lack of situational awareness is kicking in again, but wouldn't that mean then that his award would be from Dec 24-29 considering you can't look in retrospect on a week that hasn't occurred yet?

Just so I'm fully aware of the situation at hand, can you be nominated for an award that you create? p-)

No, not as a matter of routine. most custom user titles are actually mod-selected.
