Yes you can buy it but it isn't really that much better than OFP1 with good addons, and it plus all addon packs costs 15x the price of OFP, for some graphics tweaks and a USMC pack that will also be coming to OFP from the user community. p-)

VBS is short for Virtual Battlefield System 1, not Virtual battlespace btw.
