Looks like Fort Bragg (at least first half of it)... Hooah. I've done a civie "ground training" just for the heck of it for a day. I jumped out of the 34 foot tower. It seems a lot higher from the top and that's why they make it at that height. Been proven to be the "human's first point of being scared of heights."

That video tries to make it look real easy.

And here's the new one. Give it some time to load, it may take a while.
Personally I like this one much more than the previous.

I was wondering , the landing always seem so ruff , dont they have toggles like regular parachutes ? so you can direct the chute and "break" so you dont get the ruff landings ?

Not if they are jumping the dash-1-bravo. What I used to to do is release my chest strap in the air to "widen" the chute out a little, then pull my slip, and right before landing, release the slip to cause a flare in the chute. It worked very well.

It isn't possible with those circular shaped parachutes. You don't have toggles for steering and you don't want to have them, imagine when you are dropped with another 300 man and they all begin to make turns in the air...
The goal is to reach the earth as soon as possible to regroup and get away from the DZ.
