Roof top fast rope rack?

[IMTT]

I'm interested in a rack or device that would support a fast rope or suitable descending device over a breech in a roof top hatch or gun port. I have no interest in rappelling type configurations or upper belay systems.

It must be;
1. Man portable and rapid to set up
2. Assembled in components.
3. able to support the weight of at least two fully equipped personnel (225-250 pounds each).
4. No connection other than hand / foot friction for dissention
