Which one is the current issued standart squad based radio?
I mean the one on the following pics.

I think it may be the SINCGAR its a Combat Net Radio... there are larger ones and smaller ones, they can be put in a pack or mounted where you need them.

No. It looks more like a handheld radio similar to the MBITR for example.

Well he has the handset on his right shoulder.. but i guess you can get that for most of them

The AN/PRC148, a fairly new addition, and new capabilities. They also use the AN/PRC 117, (sincgars) and, in some units AN/VRC12 series vehicle radios.

Its most likely the AN/PRC-152 or Falcon III radio manufactured bei Harris as i was told by another source.

based on the antenna either a PRC 148 (MBITR) or 152 (harris falcon 2) the 152s are almost exclusively in vehicles at the moment though, since fielding is taking time, so id bet on mbitr.
