Advise from a colleague or just a friend? ;) To be honest I'm not too much for using chemicals to cope with my body. I like to do everything the natural way... (worked pretty fine so far)

No, I was at a strip club one night and was talking to a girl on her break. She went to school during the day, danced at night. Pedialyte's for babies and toddlers, so I doubt there's anything too dangerous in it...

Just avoid taking Vitamin B (complex) AND ibuprofen while you are drinking the water...

Red Bulls and Vodka (or Jaegermeister if you are doing a Jaeger Bomb) is a rather not soo good comination.

More damage to your liver than you can know if you have more than one or two in a evening regualrly...

Red Bull is PACKEd full of Complex B Vitamins...which are good for you, but not stacked ontop of alcohol and a late night low grade painkiller like ibuprofen...

And that, ladies and gentlemen is the hard core drinker's lesson for today!

I went to the HFStival yesterday at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC. I saw, among other bands, Cypress Hill (sucked, but funny), Jay-Z (sucked, but all 80,000 people at the concert somehow knew all the words), Offspring (suprisingly entertaining and I didn't realize how much of their stuff I knew), and the Cure (the headline act, who, unfortunately, got shown up by the Offspring -- way too mellow). Robert Smith is almost as much of a whiner as that guy from Counting Crows.

I started drinking at about noon with some people I met on the way to the stadium (buddy was meeting me later on). They managed to get their dope confiscated by undercover five-oh (one of whom had more tats than a Mexican gangster in prison), but no one got arrested. It was hotter than hell as well, and so I think I lost about 5 pounds despite drinking gallons of water and probably about 20 beers over the day. All in all a good time. I just hope they have a better line-up next year. Oh, and there were zillions of scantily clad hotties everywhere. p-)

I had a pretty cool night last night, dont drink anymore though. I saw some guy's face get cut. :lol: I will never go to that bar again, the name implies the atmosphere, it was called the "Rusty Nail". Hill-billies, Red-necks, and white......-..........trash, from wall to wall! Eventually some guy with a skullett (for all of you that have no idea what this is, it is a guy who is balding in the front of his head, but has a long tail in the back, kind of like a bald guys mullett hence the name skullett.) pulled a knife and cut this guys face p-) the injured drunk them stumbled in the bathroom, and the bartender called the police. The billie with the skullett ran, and so did I. (actually I didnt run, but departed abruptly. The reason for this is because I was toking a big ol' hooter, yes you could smoke in there, and I did not want a stand-off between me and the local jakes) After that I went over to this Turkish girls apartment and stayed the night.
