I'm not sure how hormone therapy works, but couldn't they just stop taking their estrogene and whatever treatments to get an advantage? Once a doctor clears them on the 2 years of therapy requirement what's to stop them from easing up on additional treatments.

Can the hormone treatment affects be reversed?

I think you would have to keep taking hormone therapy cause your normal hormones would kick in again. Besides theres muscle and bone structure of men are different from women and no hormone therapy is going to change that.
