I am looking to buy one of three 5.56mm cal. carbines and would like any info (good or bad) I can get on them.
1. FNH SCAR-Light Standard: 5.56mm, 16’ barrel w/flash, length: 32.5” retracted to 36” stock, 1/7” twist.
2. LWRC M6A1 SOC: 5.56mm, 16.1”barrel w/flash, 1/7” twist
3. Sig Sauer SIG 556: 5.56mm, 16” w/flash, 1/7”twist
I like the short stroke piston carbine.
So far, I’ve heard nothing but good about all three carbines. How about your input?
I don’t think the SCAR is out yet, I’m told possibly in February.
Thanks
