In BUD/S for U.S Navy SEALs its...

Green = First Phase
Blue = Second Phase
Red = Third Phase

Where does Denmark do their jungle warfare training?
The danish frogmen do jungle training with the US Navy Seals in Panama.


In selection how do they use the painted helmet system?
Before you get selected to go to the frogman-school you go through a test weekend, a five day test periode and 1 month navy basic training. During these three elements you wear a green helmet. During the frogman-school you wear the red helmet. The frogman-school is a selection and training program that lasts 8 month.
