Taylor goin to step down

I don't know why I'm interested in this Liberia situation. I watched a travel channel show about Liberia and kinda feel that they should get rid of that Taylor fellow.

The way this was presented in the SA news tonight was basically "Taylor will step down IF the US troops arrive to protect the peace".

I don't know who is right, but his arguement, apparently, is that if he were to step down right now, massive chaos would erupt. He wants peace keepers in place BEFORE he steps down.

Yup...that's what I heard on FOX News...Taylor would step down under the condition that peacekeeping force is in place.
