EDMONTON (CP) - Road rage may have contributed to a partial spill of animal parts on one of the city's busiest thoroughfares Friday.
Drivers got both an eyeful and a noseful after pig heads and intestines splattered from a rendering truck on Gateway Boulevard, the main road leading into Edmonton from the south.
Police said a traffic altercation forced the truck driver to hit the brakes, which caused some of his load to spill out of the vehicle.
A front-end loader was called in to help with the cleanup.
Firefighters assisted with shovels and were to wash down the road surface.
I saw it on the news, and HOLY CRAP, was it disgusting
