I found this photo on Flickr of a WW2 reenactment in Pennsylvania. My question is, what country does this uniform belong?

I'm guessing he's supposed to be a member of XVth Cossack Cavalry Corps.
He's got a German Anti-Partisan Badge as well as markings on his Cossack shapka. They were used in Yugoslavia alot and fell under command of the Waffen SS.

An interesting and fascinating subject.

From what i can see of his armshield, he would appear to be portraying a member of a Kuban Cossack Regiment.

Nice recreation.
