Syrians will sue the United States for providing Israel with weaponry that was used to kill Syrian citizens during the Second Lebanon War, Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Mouallem threatened Thursday, a day after the US administration announced a new set of sanctions on the Assad regime
"We will punish the United States," Mouallem said during a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart Manouchehr Mottaki. "There are Syrians who were sacrificed during the Israeli was against Lebanon, and they will file a law suit against America, Which provided Israel with the weapons."

I'd love to see the US counter suit, as we all know what upstanding citizen of the world community the Syrians are. This is nothing more than grandstanding on the world stage to distract their own population away from focusing their own internal problems, and deflect attention away from the acts they've been alleged to have committed.

lol.. Maybe Israel should sue Syria for every HA rocket that landed in Israel and for every suicide bombing that happened since 1990's.

Will Syria accept payment in kind? You know, like live munitions? Say dropped from 10,000 feet?

Actually IF such a litigation case was brought against the US I reckon it would succeed. However if the US were to pursue a case against Syria it would fail.
It's quite open that the US provides Israel with weapons/funding yet any evidence against Syria would be from the US intelligence networks, networks which in my opinion had their credibility thrown out the window over Iraq.
