Speaking of recent terrorist bombings, yesterday there was a bombing in a mosque in Pakistan. Three Sunni terrorists (two bombers and a gunman) rushed a Shi'ite mosque, killing ~45. Considering that Sunnis are the majority in Pakistan and control the government, it really discredits the commonly-made claims that:

*Muslim extremists only use terrorism because they don't have the means of legitimate war available to them; and

*Terrorism is only a response to "occupation" and "western imperialism," and not an innate part of Muslim extremist culture.
