Somme Pocket on 7th September 1941

Somme Pocket ("Miljardimotti" or "The Billion Pocket" refering to value of the equipment captured) was formed in the beginning of the Continuation War when Finnish Infantry Regiments 3, 4 and 24 created a pocket around three Soviet Divisions.

This tractor has a marking "57/116" as the tractor in my photo has "65/116". Anyone has an idea what the numbers mean? The first one seems to be a serial number.
