Raised dots in Dpm

Hello, in my jacket of Dpm, there are raised dots in the corner of ever ripstop square. Any idea what that is. Maybe it is an infa red disruptor?

It is a tracking device that the government puts in every DPM jacket. I would advise you cease using the jacket due to the possibilities of large black helicopters coming to your house and whisking you away.

i suspect its different thicknesses of cotton fibres shrinking during laundry, this will cause the uneveness in the fabric.
