Ok Guys since MP.net coup, few themes about building up small country military and planeman threads we didnt had any strategy planning game, so with recent news (like: http://militaryphotos.net/forums/showthread.php?t=129831 ) this could be potential hot-spot, i doubt it will be serious but its good place to start scenario.
So pick sides and plan your operations.

i was going to post rules but i had friking blizzard(oh thank you global warming and yanks with your big ass carsp-)) yesterday and my computer went totally off :/
I was thinking about scenario where Ecuador or Venezuela meses in Farc/Colombia clashes witch leads to some border clashes, force build up and small war. Lets say Yanks are busy in Irak/Astan and Iran (say they made some agresive moves so US moves more force to OIF and OEF) add to it election s in case of war for atleast week or two or even more noone will help or put this conflict down.
Colombia - wants to end FARC egzistance and defend its teritory
Farc - wants power in Colombia
Venezuela - wants to become regional power and looks for expansion (or just Chavez ambitions)
Ecuador - hmm i don't know what are ther targets...
Rules are - pick one side, specify objectives (above ones are to broad but now i don't have time to make them more clear) plan force movements, maybe small acuisitions (but realy small time of delivery is esential) and plan operations.

You should add in AUC and ELN to make the mix complete :)
