One hour ago Finish fishing boat sunk 30 miles from polish shore sending SOS before radio contact was lost. Polish Navy send ORP Arctiowski and Anaconda helicopters to this area. Finish sailors are probably alive on inflatable rescue ponton. Rescue operation is undergoing right now.

Don't know... but they say that sailors (4) are probaby alive if they menaged to get to rescue boat... ORP Arctowski is Hydrogfaphic ship not rescue one but it was only 15 miles away doing military job so it was directed over there...

Basically it is SAR verion of W-3 Falcon (Sokół)

India,Africa,Korea,Czech Republic, Europe, I belive couple of them are even in USA...

BTW Since 1988 several of them in firefigher configuration work on contracts in Spain , Portugal where they fight with deadly fores fires for whole summer then on winter they are again comeback to Poland for service.
