I've purchased all the parts I've used to upgrade my 10/22 from EABCO (http://www.eabco.com/102201.html)
The trigger tune kit was probably one of the best upgrades.

the biggest appeal in 10/22's for me is the fact that the ammo is so cheap, so i can shoot thousands of rounds and not be hurtin in the bank. plus they're just plain fun, good for pigeons and squirrels, but if soviet paratroopers fall into your backyard I wouldn't go for my 10/22 first thats for sure. That being said, i have a custom wood stock on my ruger 10/22, much like you would see here: http://www.hornetproducts.com/bin/category.asp?category=17 and i have a fluted bull barrel from pigwhistle barrels. In my opinion a trigger job is important even on a 10/22 if you want to be accurate at all because the factory trigger pull is too high.

Well I have used a 10/22 in ops where there are gurd dogs present
A silenced 10/22 is very quiet and I sure as hell would use it on any soviet paras in my backyard
Well sure maybe after I shot them all first with my M4 or AK but what the H*ll

Try www.midwayusa.com not always the cheapest but they have good service and there is usually a good amount of feedback on the product so you can see what others think.

I have that kit from CTD. All the parts except for the bolt release are plastic. To be honest, the material is not much of an issue but when installed I don't like the way they look. I am going to be getting a new cocking handle and mag release.
I am currently installing a Tapco T6 stock with the UTG quad rail on my 10/22 and it's pretty slick. You need to do some fitting to both parts for them to work together, but it's not too difficult.
The one gripe I have about the UTG rail is it makes using the iron sights almost impossible. I am going to put an EOTech on it so it doesn't matter to me, but for a gun you might use in combat it could be an issue. On Rimfire Central there was a guy who modded the rail to use with tech sights, that would be the way to go.

One thing that caught my eye in the CTD catalog was the William 'Fire Sight' set for the 10/22. Does anyone have any direct experience with these, and if so, how did you like them?

EDIT:
I waqs looking around at the Midway site, and customers seem to like the HiViz sights for the 10/22 better than the Williams Fire Sight. Again, comments from anyone who has tried these products would be appreciated.
