MK135MOD0,
(2) co2 bottles (.25 liter with DIN valve) for my Secumar TSK 2/42
Are you planning on using CO2 for your buoyancy chamber using the multi-purpose valve? Why not use an O2 mix? The smallest cylinders commonly available are the Submersible Systems SPARE AIR PACK with either 1.7 oe 3.0 CF.

There also are all kinds of adapters to make it work....

I am trying to keep this collectable vest authentic.
These are .25 liter with Drager connical DIN valves on them. I am very familiar with the scuba market and trust me, these are hard to find and are only made for the Secumar TSK 2/42 and they are not disposable.

You could also try going directly to the Draeger Safety subrontractor, Bernhardt Apparatebau GmbH & Co, in Germany..

I have a question; is the MK 25 UBA the same as the Draeger LAR V rebreather?

Yep, the MK 25 MOD 0 and MOD 2 and MOD 2US are all pretty much a LAR V. There are some design differences such as the tank, pressure reducer, scrubber and different material that make the same thing. They are replacing fiberglass with plastic and changing the webbing to nylon with buckles and some other minor changes that reduce cost and increase performance.
Secumar and Dräger will not sell any parts or complete TSK 2/42 lifepreservers or LAR V rebreathers to civilians.

Personally I think its better that way. As much as you may enjoy your collection, its better if somethings remain in only the military's hands.

So it's ok for me to have a LAR V and and a class 3 weapon but not a co2 bottle? rofl
There are many folks out there with LAR V's and Secumar vests, what is wrong with that other than dummys diving them and not knowing what they are doing? they can do that with any rig. There are more sofisticated civilian rebreathers and better life preservers but have no collector value, so I don't understand why it would be better to not have that gear available to civilians.
I can understand C4, Stingers and things like that but scuba gear?
