View Full Version : Eberlestock's "Unicam" universal camo?

It looks like rather than follow the MultiCam trend, Eberlestock has taken the unusual step of developing their own universal digital camo pattern and having it produced in 1000D Cordura. Alas, no one will be adding a MultiCam Gunslinger to their airsoft loadout. ;) Thus far the only images I've found are on Eberlestock's website (check the page for the Halftrack) and they don't show any good closeups of the pattern, though it looks good from what little they show. So has anyone seen Unicam in person yet, or purchased a Unicam pack and tested the pattern in the field?

Want to show some pictures maybe? ACU is good cam for the desert enviroment. If you see pictures of Afghanistan, it does a VERY good job of blending. Also, some urban enviroments it works well also. However, forest enviroments and other enviroments it sticks out like a sore thumb. Plus, our military should be united under one camo, not a bunch 4 different camos. (ACU, ABU, MARPAT, BDU, and I heard Navy is getting their own too.) One military, one camo. Multi-cam looks very effective, but we should see other "unicams".

Navy already has it, its just not issued yet but i have seen it beeing worn, mostly by Spec Ops on a non operational role as well as acouple of surface warriors during lectures. it looks like its good only to disguise grease stains.

problem is with the tan accesories added to the pack, they should be brown, not tan... this is making the pack very desert-oriented... otherwise the camo by itself looks really great

From the Multicam pictures I recall I'd say this "Unicam" is more green...

That´s so true.

In my unit many guys have Halftracks (and we like them a lot, propably the best pack to our use) but for Finnish forest enviroment multicam is much too light.

Yup, unite under the MARPAT flag :)
