This is the BEST running shoes I have ever own and it came with a $120 price tag http://users.pandora.be/eforum/emoticons4u/obscene/eck06.gif. I constantly have foot pain around the ankles with my cheap Asics, but the pain is all gone with this Saucony Hurricane.

Of course, mine are about two years old, never been really washed, and have tons of holes in 'em. Still the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.

Yeah thats what they were, but they were marketed as "special sneaker markers" or some **** like that. When all it was a run of the mill marker they sold for 3X the price. Back then it was pretty cool, now thinking back on it, it was pretty lame.

You guys where shoes to work and stuff???? :cantbeli: Damn, Africa has a long way to go....
On a serious note, I'm generally either wearing running shoes, or "slops". Work, home, shopping - whatever - dresscode remains much the same.
Well, this isn't strickly true... I tend to dress up for new clients, and degrade as the business relationships improves.... one of my clients is the CEO of an international real-estate company. First meeting I was in decent clothes with a tie etc. Last meeting: he took me to lunch and I wore shorts, slops and a T-shirt with 4 holes in it (much to my wife's consternation!).
Edit: I should point out that I live in a climate which is not conducive to longs and a collared shirt. It's now early winter for me, and daytime temperatures still reach into the 30 + degrees celcius range.

i would disagree
there are no best shoes for running
the top of the line saucony, nb, asics are all very good
and its simply a matter of personal preference and up to such variables as ****ation, stride type etc
but naturally, with these shoes (as long as youve bought the right shoe for the foot) expense is something to be expected

My K-Swiss cost $60 buck's. Where I'm from these Ramli are bad ass shoes. But my G-Unit shoes cost me over $80 dollors, but they where worth it.
