Looks like aftermarket and not issued. They usually get Trijicon ACOGS.

it looks like a ATN scope, but I'm not 100% sure.

I can't really imagine the military using Leapers scopes. They don't have the greatest reputation among recreational shooters so I doubt one of those would show up on a battle rifle.

Lowest bidder my friend, lowest bidder.
This has nothing to do with the lowest bidder, hat ever that scope might be, it wa bought by the user and brought into field with the permission of the commanwd.
In a gov't program, even the lowes bidder have to stand up to a certain standards. and Leaper scope will nevenr make it into the offical channel..

It almost looks like a Horus Vison Talon scope, but the illumination dials throw me off. Maybe its the cheap HK copy titled "visionking" which has the illumination dials. Judging form the aftermarket parts on the dude's M4, I don't think it's issue. I tried using a leapers scope on my M16 once, it was useless without a cheekpad. It could not be adjusted to hit low enough even with the depression maxed out.
