Some 20 U.S. military civil affairs specialists and 15 elite anti-terrorist troops depart for Monrovia, Liberia from the U.S.-Spanish base at Rota in southern Spain in this image made from television early Monday, July 7, 2003. The contingent is to conduct a fact-finding mission to assess humanitarian needs in the embattled west African country which has seen one third of its 3 million residents forced from their homes by fighting since 1999. Could it be those wacked out CWO's at Irwin and Polk. The resident OPFOR is way better than the real threats and there good poker players too.

Yeah, I remember reading somewhere that a unit of CIA guys equipped with Soviet wares - flew S.F. units into Afghanistan in the beginning of the war there.
