Can anywon tell me where to get these straps and pads or something similar in Europe?

Ebay is your friend.
That´s a normal 4 point Chinstrap, same like used on the M.I.C.H.

I´ve tried to find it on ebay but the only thing I can find is some goggle retention something.. :(

Thanks Jarhead but I´m looking for a set of straps AND pads and it has to be from somewhere in Europe due to the taxes if I order from US.

Shipping from the US is pretty cheap.

Denmark, and I have to pay + 25% on goods and shipping from outside EU. I can get the MICH straps and pads in Denmark for approximatly $200 brand new.. Thats pretty expensive, so I figured I might be lucky and find a set in UK og Germany or something for half that price. I´m using the "old" strap system as shown on the picture.

That sucks hard. There is a guy from Switzerland who sometimes sells those kind of Chinstraps on ebay.de
I have also seen a pair in foliage green for 79€, but thats too expensive.
I´ll keep my eyes open.

Shouldn´t be a problem to get them.
I would buy the Oregon Aero pads, they are pretty soft.
I have a MICH in my collection...too bad I can´t sell you all the crapp-)
