Wow, those Cops looked intimidated. Looks like nice people are running those immigrant communities. People that run "immigrant communities" are always grade A A-holes, be it Pakistani, Russian or Polish.
The sole goal of these "community leaders" is to ostracize the immigrants from the society. These people perfectly know that integration would mean the end of their little cult.

In order to promote integration in such sensitive areas and enforce the law while erradicating the "race card" for good, more public servants, be it paramedics, policemen or clerks should be of various ethnic backgrounds. It would also send a message to the youth that would rather get an education and become somebody in the said society rather than a stuck in the ghetto, uneducated stock boy/ cashier at the local grocery store who compensates for his faliure by attending seremons made by those "community leaders" that preach hate.

I beg to differ. Those pills are as bad as the disease they cure.
Why stopping at these guys, why not enlarging that cure to other "diseases".

The point is knowing who you're dealing with, and giving him a bit of his own medicine. IE living your life the most shamelessly, confronting him with your opinion and with your logic until he crosses the red line.
