RECRUITMENT - IRAQ

ISI Group of Companies (ISI) was created in April 2003 with the
philosophy to provide the most comprehensive and complete security
services in the Middle East with offices in Baghdad, Erbil, Dubai
and London, to expand our services to our clients worldwide. ISI was
one of the very first commercial companies to enter into contracts
with the US and Coalition Forces in April 2003. We provide Close
Protection Services, Security Driving, Safe Housing Programs,
Security Consulting, Training and Armed Security Guard Services.

ISI Group of Companies - Security Division in currently recruiting
for Close Protection security personnel. These positions are for
current and future contracts in the country of Iraq.

These positions will include the protection of Foreign Nationals
from private international companies and firms that are currently
working in Iraq. These positions could include close protection,
security of residences, locations and offices, security driving,
manning our 24 hour command post and static security of client
locations in Iraq.

Position Requirements:

PSD Agent in Charge: English speaking staff with a minimum of 10
years military (4 years min Special operations forces/ranger/Force
Recon operator's qualifications) or 10 years police SWAT
experience. PSD Management. Successful completion of a formal
dignitary protection course of instruction. Skilled in usage of
handguns, M-4 carbine and must be qualified for close quarters fire
with AK-47 rifle. Driver's license.

PSD Team Leaders: English speaking staff with a minimum of 10 years
military (4 years min Special Operations Forces/Ranger/Force Recon
operator's qualifications) or 10 years police SWAT experience.
Successful completion of a formal dignitary protection course of
instruction. Skilled in usage of handguns, M-4 carbine and must be
qualified for close quarters fire with AK-47 rifle. Driver's
license.

PSD Team members: English speaking staff with a minimum of 4 years
military or 10 years police experience. Successful completion of a
formal dignitary protection course of instruction. Skilled in usage
of handguns, M-4 carbine and must be qualified for close quarters
fire with small arms (pistol/rifle) AK-47 rifle. Driver's license.
