I have this file and its in a bin format...how do I extract it?

just pull really hard....it should come out eventualy...or spray a bit of wd40 on it...it should slide right out...i have no fecking clue what your talking about...rusty bults...yes...computers...sorry

A .bin file is most likely a cd image, you can use isobuster to view it, or just burn it to a cd making sure you burn it as a cd image.

I used alcohol 120 and created a virtual drive. Its all gravy now.

Personally I've got both Alcohol 120% and Daemon tools... Alcohol is nice to edit and mess around with ISOs, but for everyday virtual drive use I always use Daemon tools. It works waaaaaay faster.
