What is the name of this helmet and who is the manufacturer?

They look like Israeli paratrooper helmets.

Thanks a lot. Using the name you provided I can found more details. In fact, this is Slovenian MPC-1 helmet manufactured from mid-1980s in the PAP Lubljana company.

Correct, blue for police, and olive green for military police, it can be attached face shild on.
