Turned down a multimillion contract in the NFL to enlist in the military in hope of becoming a Ranger. His younger brother left the Cleveland's Indians minor league farm to enlist in the Army. Both brothers serve in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Both brothers now return to stateside to began their Ranger's training.

Don't see that too often, a professional athlete turning down millions to become a Ranger. woot

Would any of you do that? If given a choice between a multimillion salary job or becoming a Ranger? What would it be?

I think I would. Never had much money and dont think I need multimillions. Money is not every thing to me. Just need enough to live a nice life and feed my family. If I ever had a chance at earning that Gold and black tab I would. Good luck to Pat Tillman.

HOOAH-HOOAH to Pat Tillman or by now it should be Ranger Tillman. Ranger Tillman made the right choice. John Wayne, towards the end of his life, said that the only regret he had about his life was that he never served in the armed forces. And w/ RGR Tillman, the Regimental football team should kick ass this year!
