Definitely not an M4. The M4 has a longer, step-cut barrel and an A2-style sight that can be removed.

Looks like an FN FNC but I'm probably wrong again for not studying the picture longer

Indonesia produces an FNC clone (the handguard shape is slightly different, and IIRC the gun is tweaked to a degree kinda like the AK5) under license if I'm correct, and they also produce the ultra-short you see in that pic.

A2 body, A1 sight, 290mm length barrel (11,5" for those strange creatures which don't usew metric system), it is one of M16A2 Commando family probably M733 or M733A.

M4 carbineI'm afraid not. Note the sight (A1 version) and short barrel without so-called "step-cut".

Last I checked the forward assist was no longer an optional feature, which is all the A designation was ever used to describe. There is only a Colt Model 733 from what I've seen. Could easily be wrong though. Its odd too, on the sights, because the 733/735 has A1 rear sights, but the flat top 933/935 then has A2 rears because Colt's removable carry handles are A2 only.
