It's not a PVS 21 mount, thats a COBB modular mount used for all dual tube ANVIS pack powered NVG's. THat mount works for ANVIS-6 and ANVIS-9 plus 4949's and 21's.

I'm gonna have to go with S-* on him being a SEAL. If you want to know why i'll tell you but right now the coffee hasn't kicked in yet and I don't feel like typing a bunch of stuff about his kit, uniform and what not that shows that he is probably Navy or something like that and then have to edit the whole damn thing to make sure it's punctuated and perioded because i'm such a freak for details and things like that and people writing huge run-on sentences that really don't say ****e that are full of gramatickle erors and stuf
