What about the upcomming referendum in Ireland.... which side will win? Even if 'NO' wins... will the Union continue toward more centralization of power? Which side do you support?? Any and all input welcome
Well, if you like a serious debate on this one.
I propose you all read this > http://europa.eu/lisbon_treaty/glance/index_en.htm
That way you can highlight what part you don't agree with or what you think is so great about it.
Otherwise i feel like this is going one of those 'boo evil brussels' - threads.
I for one really support the treaty, especially the improvements in the inner workings of Europe.
A more efficient Europe, with simplified working methods and voting rules, streamlined and modern institutions for a EU of 27 members and an improved ability to act in areas of major priority for today's Union.

The Shinners (Sinn Fein) political wing of the terrorist IRA, are pushing the "If you vote Yes you vote away Ireland's Neutrality!" card.
Which is a very old record sung by Gerry and the Bhoy's
and not an iota of truth in it.
