Pardon my newbie-ness but my google-fu is pathetic.
A couple of months ago, there was thread here that showed a comic with two guys having a discussion about gun laws, with the first guy (pro-gun) basically stating the evolution of various state's gun laws to its present (and convulted forms) and therefore winning the debate.
I particularly like the part where he said about a particular amendment 'wherein handguns must not be priced under $100, as criminals would not have that kind of money' (or something to that effect).
I've tried to look for it but can't find it. If anyone has the link or the comic, could you please re-post it here.
