Not really the thread for it but...
Several years ago the DOD did a study on women at arms in the US and found that a large percentage were unable to through a frag grenade past beyond it's blast radias...
I'm not much against women serving their countries but that was a little frightening to read about...

But to be fair to the ladies it would be interesting to actually see the survey in it's entirety, much was probably in their favor.

I think the UK sold them to India!!You're wrong. This is 7,62mm 1A SL produces under license in Rifle Factory Ishapore (RFI) from 1969. But in general it's very similar to L1A1, also self-loading and with milled diagonal cuts into the bolt carrier and altered hold open to keep the guns functioning in sandy and dirty environment.

the funny thing is that I tought in a school near Madras (Chennai as it's now known) and they wouldn't let the girls do any physical sports. and the only women you see in trousers are tourists.

These pics are of women cadets at the Officers Training Academy.Women can join the Indian Armed forces only as officers.Although they recieve same training as the men ,they are never deployed in combat. They mostly end up in Ordinance,Supply Core,JAGetc
