Looks like Captain Hook has lost his appeal and will face extradition to the US on terror charges.

His lawyers argued that to send him to the United States to face charges dating back to 2000 would be "unjust and oppressive" because of the length of time that has passed since then.
What sort of a horse**** argument is that. :bash:

And the good news is this waste of space can still appeal to the House of Lords apparently :roll:
You can guarantee that he will of course - and at the taxpayers expense no doubt.

I do not know of anyone charged with terror related crimes that did not legal aid.
Occupation: None
Assets: None
Income: Welfare Benefits.
Not one of the misunderstanders had any 'visible' means of support and they all got legal aid.

Can't he just be sent to Jordan or some place? I don't want his welfare collecting family showing up on our shores along with him.
