do any of you guys know a full size rail. identicle to LWRC's midlength, only fullsize?
also is there a fullsize AR piston system for 5.56 or 6.5, 6.8?
kinda looking for a Full length monolithic rail system, piston and a car stock -but not HK416.

Edit: disregard, neither Barrett nor DSArms offer full-size piston rifles.
only thing I can think of would be contacting a custom builder. that would be really expensive.

this the DSA one you meant?
looking for a rail thats not part of the reciever, i shouldove been more desicriptive on my part.
a rail like the m16 issued to marines. but with a similar mounting to that of LWRC rail, or Troy without a discontinuation of the top rail with a D ring.

Not sure why you would want a rifle length piston, it really does not give you any advantage over a regualr DI gun, only slight advantage is the cleaning. other than that, you actaully add more weight up front.
I have been running the PWS piston on my carbine with great success, about 5k rounds before my first cleaning and it was just a simple wipe down and light lube.
For monolithic rail, you would have to wait for LMT MRP piston system to be released within the next month or so.

As far as piston AR's go Patriot Ordnance Factory makes some really good ones. Here's a link to their extended rail which may be what you're looking for. The rail is designed to fit a piston system underneath the handguard.

Mav,
HK has only one rail length, and it covers about half of the gas block.
as far as something that covers the entire length, you can get a LWRC with a mid length gas system in rifle barrel length and add a rifle length LWRC rail to it...

to be completly Precise. this is what im looking for.

is a Paint.exe chopped pic of a LWRC with what i want on it. that rail at the length is desireable. and a piston system tucked under.

click on the botton right thumbnail. the 416 with a 20 inch barrel and a rail system covering its entire system. thats what i was reffering to.
also i did not know they made rifle length, i thought Midlegth was there longest Rail no?
-yeah, LWRC does not make a Rifle length rail system, only carbine and midlength 9'' max.

those HK are prototype only, there is no production 20inch gun just yet... only 10.5 and 14.5
you can ask LWRC to build a mid length piston system on a rifle length barrel and use a rifle length rail system. you can buy a Noveske SPR rifle length barrel (18inches) with mid length gas port and send the barrel to LWRC.
http://noveskerifleworks.com/cgi-bin/imcart/display.cgi?item_id=b18&cat=17&page=1&search=&since=&status=
You can ask Noveske to unpin the gas block so you get just the barrel with the mid length gas porting...
Usually LWRC responds time are long, so a special order like this might take awhile.

use LWRC rifle length rail? (Link me if you know where to find it, unless its custom ordered).
so, a noveske barrel, a PWS piston system tucked under a full length rail system. thats doable? or stick with a LWRC piston?

PWS won't tuck under the rail, the gas block are too big...
LWRC has a 12 week back order, and I can't find the rifle length rail on their web site anymore....
sorry you are SOL so far......
back to PWS with Daniel Defense rail and exposed bas block...

then i guess, a midlength LWRC piston and midlength rail with a novesk barrel?
wanna avoid exposed gasblocks, want that clean rail and barrel look. liek in that chopped pic i posted earlier.
Hey dont you have an LWRC lee? think that midlenght with a noveske barrel match up to a 416?

By looking at that rifle, it looks real due to the PMAG has ammos in it but who know the airsoft lower receiver might fit an AR15 mag. But for sure that guy got some nice gears :).

The airsofters have fake bullets in some of their mags. 5min on their section and you'll see it and some other weird stuff. He's definitely an airsofter though. Custom made "nad pad", fake shoulder guards, even his helmet is painted multicam and that is something they fap over.

It might be a real AR due to the fact that there is only a Safe and Fire function as well as the absence of the hole for the auto sear, but I'm only speculating.
ETA: there's also a BCG in there.
