Report: Moscow Factory Blast Injures 40

MOSCOW -- An explosion ripped through an alchol production plant in Moscow Thursday, injuring at least 40 people, the Interfax news agency reported.
A gas canister exploded at the plant in the southeastern part of the city, the news agency said. It quoted police as saying they had ruled out sabotage.
