Yup, it looks like stinger, but Dutch Apaches fly in Afghanistan, not Iraq.

Probably no...

Yes, stingers...
They were added to the apache on it's update years ago. All AH-64D's are capable of taking this dual stinger pack on it's wingtips. As the only defense against aircraft (unless you see the hellfire as a good AA missile, although it's capable of doing that) it's quite important on the modern battlefield. But I fail to see the need for stingers in Iraq.
And no, you can't put hellfires on the wingtips. There is a hellfire mono-rail but I don't think it's capable of being mounted on the wingtips. Although I did hear about the sidewinder being mounted on the wingtips.
Just recently we flew a few apaches to iraq, so now they are both in kabul and in iraq

I believe it's a self-defense system developed by the danish company Terma.
Terma has produced such system for a variety of aircraft types, including f-16 and c-130.

thank you
But, does not this pod eliminate the possibility of using stingers in the wingtips? In irak doesn´t matter ,but...

Seems so.
But I guess the sidewinders or stingers haven't been of high priority since the end of the cold war.
