Looks like a Tupolev Tu-134 with a Tu-22M nose...

Tu-134 UBL training aircraft.

Used for training whole grews for Tu22M3 Backfire and new Tu 160 Blackjack. Aircrafts are fliying simulators of avionics enviroment of Russian supersonic jet bombers, radar, ECM, Joysticks, and screens of 160 included there.

I think he was referring to an earlier post where the press mistakened a Mig 29 for an SU-27. (or vice versa...)

Tu-134 UBL training aircraft.

Used for training whole grews for Tu22M3 Backfire and new Tu 160 Blackjack. Aircrafts are fliying simulators of avionics enviroment of Russian supersonic jet bombers, radar, ECM, Joysticks, and screens of 160 included there.
Not exactly there was tu-134 UBK aircraft with whole avionic of tu-22 but only one was built and this aircraft stayed in Ukraine so now Russia has only UBL but this aircraft's can be used only for simple pilot training. Russia plans a modification of UBL to make them capable to train whole crew of their bombers.

You know, one man gave him other name: Tu-134LL and other purpose - flying laboratory for radar tests
