zip tie question

hi guys. i have a little question regarding the zip ties soldiers use to handcuff the "bad guys".

are these special zip ties with a special shape for bot hands, or "normal" ones? - if the have a special shape where can you get/how can you make them?

hope you don't think it's such a stupid questions like the one aboute the blood diamnond pants :roll:

You can get them from the "high speed" tactical catalogs.....

Look for the "Saddam Hussein" model zip ties....these are the latest and most high tech variants. They are a clear step above the "Manny Noriega" models from the late 1980's. :cantbeli:

I always got mine issued to me, but I didn't know of who sold them except Galls because my old roomate is a cop and he had those catalogs lying around... Their does does seem really expensive though.
