Nice little "toy".
I only wish I lived in a country with a reasonable gun law.

Hmmm.. looks nice, but does the silencer serve a purpose except for cool factor?
Wouldnt mind having one though

Yes he's a hitman. Thats right, check out the barcode on the back of his head. :)
Really neat little weapon you got there. I've always loved 22.'s

Silencers are very useful for hunting or pest eradication. I am thinking of seriously modifying a Mosin Nagant 1944 carbine I own with a suppressor because of the fierce muzzle blast and the recoil. With a .22 cal pistol of course muzzle blast and recoil is less of an issue but being able to hunt or just shoot without having to wear ear plugs all the time is very handy.
It also means that when hunting game the target doesn't know where the shot came from... or even that it was a shot so may not even run for cover after the first shot.
Very nice pistol by the way ought-six... what will you use it for mostly?

Preventing hearing loss is a very very cool thing to do.

It is just for fun for now. There is a picatinny-style rail available for the Buckmark that replaces the rear sight rail. With a pistol scope, a suppressed .22 might make a good squirrel rig.
And yes, it shoots as good as it looks. The Buckmark has a well-deserved reputation for accuracy, and Tactical Solutions barrel seems as good as the target bull barrel that came with the gun.
As far as the noise, with subsonic .22 ammo, all you hear is the slide slamming shut. It sounds a bit like a hammer banging a piece of bar stock. With supersonic ammo, you can hear a slight crack that sounds exactly like the muzzle report from my RWS 45 air rifle.
