US Night Desert Camouflage Questions

I know of the Night Desert camo being an 'overall' for the standard desert uniform, but has it also been manufactured as a BDU type uniform?

Apart from that, Has any other nation used it?, have any stocks been converted from overalls to 'normal' combat uniform(EG internal pockets installed etc)?

In addition to the overjacket and pants, a boonie was also made. These are the only issued items that I'm aware of. I do recall seeing a BDU style night desert set on eBay several months back, but the NSN on both tags matched up with the NSN for the six color desert pants, so I'd be willing to bet they weren't the real deal.
