He was one of the greatest American presidents. :( He defeated Soviet Communism, helped Americans become proud of themselves again, got the US out of the Carter malaise, was responsible for the prosperity of the 90s... I'm gonna miss him. :(

From an earlier PM I wrote:
I think you know that I was disappointed in President Reagan in some respects, and not that I was one to hold a grudge to begin with, but if there is one thing I learned in Lebanon it is that it doesn't help anything to stay angry. It's a shame that he has to endure such an illness. It might be naively unrealistic to say that I hope he gets better, so I hope that he at least isn't suffering.
I've got no great love for the man, but no great hate either. Staying angry only hurts oneself. At least he isn't suffering anymore. No one should have to endure Alzheimer's. :|

I've learned that no Presidents are perfect. But I was taught to respect the Office of the President of the United States. I hope his family finds peace.
At least he isn't suffering anymore. :|
Yeah... that's true. The man had been suffering from the disease for a while :| RIP.
