A quick one fellas, is the US Military still looking for a replacement for the M-16? and if yes, what caliber?

use search, I now that there is a few thread speaking about that...
Personnaly I dont think that in close future they will change, at least until US troops will stay in Iraq, a question of fund.

Search for SCAR which is now CAR and search for HK 416 or HK 417.
