I would go for Unit Yamam (our "swat") with older people with better experiance and mabye one of the best CT units in the world not only becuase of their intense training but also becuase they are seeing alot of action more as "Army" unit doing many operations in the territories and I heard they did some secret operations in the times of lebanon.
