I found a page on wikipedia which I've read a bit about the Danish force sent into Bosnia under UNPROFOR's command. I'm interested in learning some more about the operations. Operation Bøllebank and Operation Amanda (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Amanda). Does anyone have any additional information about these skirmishes?

I can see you are from Sweden so I guess you are able to read and understand danish without too much difficulty.
I can recommend this website
http://www.milhist.dk/post45/boellebank/boellebank.htm
And this book, which your local public should be able to get for you:
http://www.saxo.com/dk/item/lars-r-moeller-operation-boellebank-paperback-2.aspx
the book is very well written and describes in detail how the nordic countries cooperated in Bosnia and the conditions they worked under.
I wish it would be translated into english :)
the operation Bøllebank is usually called operation Hooligan Buster in english.
Try and google that and you'll see it has been discussed her earlier
