Buy a new one and don't try to glue anything.

We go through floor plates on SIG mags, mostly P229s, like they are going out of style. The plastic floorplates beak, but if you have the rest of the pieces, just replace the floor plate and you should be fine. They are available from SIG. If you normally shoot, practicing dropping the empty mag, buy a bunch and keep 'em, you'll need 'em. When the P226 mags beak, it isn't at the metal floor plate, but on the mag itself at the bends/lips that the floor plate slides on to. Then you have to buy a new mag. Sometimes I think we are keeping SIG in business buying just floor plates, mags and grip screws...

If it's plastic and is broken, it is broken.
Replace plastic items, don't waste your time and energy and $$$ on repairs.
