Question: What is USGI for a belt? Specificall the belt that is worn to hold up holsters and dump pouches and such? Is it the old GI pistol belt or is it just the inner nylon belt? Pics would get you bonus points!!!

Dude, between CIF, RFI, and unit issue, I don't think there is such thing as "standard issue" right now.
But sure, the Alice pistol belt works fine and many still use it, although I'd say more use the Eagle (or similiar) belt.

Blood diamond belt to go with the pants, shirt, boots and shades.

This is what they currently give you in the US Army. There are other "high speed" belts out there with all sorts of velcro and metal d-rings and such, but this is what you get issued.

PS: No one wears the pistol belt anymore, except maybe for ceremonies.

This is exactly what I wanted to know, thanks. But is this belt stiff enough to support a holster on one side and maybe a dump pouch on the other???????????

Dump pouch, yeah. Holster? Not comfortably, as the belt will sag along with your pants. Look into the ATS war belt that is padded with molle webbing on it. There are other molle belts out there too. I haven't tried out any of the molle belts yet, but I've heard good things.

Several guys are still issued DSCP Black Rigger belts, as they are still in CIF and RIF stock.
I know many guys who still use Alice pistol belts to hold up thigh holsters and/or 1st Line gear.
Attaching a Safariland to a Pants belt sucks. Better to use a "duty" type stiffened belt, or the inner belt portion of an FLC.
I honestly don't know anyone who cares what color the belt is. Albeit, the Army is a large place and I'm sure there is someone, somewhere who is greatly concerned about it.
